- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- mini chocolate chip (optional)
Steps
- Mix the graham crumbs with melted butter and divide them among 24 mini muffin cups.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Whip the cream until thick, fold it into the pumpkin mixture, and spoon the filling over the crusts.
