1 lemon
2 cup cooked chickpeas
2 clove garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt

Steps

Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, water, olive oil, turmeric, curry powder, and salt to a food processor.
Blend for 1 minute until mostly smooth.
Scrape down the bowl and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy.
Add water by the teaspoon if needed and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the salt before serving.
