Ingredients

  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 15 g salt
  • 10 g black pepper
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 kg pork shoulder
  • 500 ml dry white wine

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in a 9-by-13-inch roasting pan and pour the wine around it.
  5. Roast for 40 minutes, until the center reaches 145 F.
  6. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing.
