Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups lemon creme cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 3 oz lemon jell-o
- 1 fresh lemon
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups white mini marshmallows
- 1 cup lemon creme cookies
Steps
- Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs, then press the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in the lemon juice and zest.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then blend in the cooled gelatin mixture.
