- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup baileys irish cream
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup baileys irish cream
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter, then stir it with the brownie mix and 1/3 cup Irish cream until combined.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until the center is set.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in the powdered sugar and remaining Irish cream, spread the glaze over the brownies, and cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
