1 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp regular soy sauce
1/4 tsp table salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock

Steps

Set a 6-quart Instant Pot to sauté, melt the butter, and cook the chopped garlic for 1 minute.
Add the jasmine rice and stir for 2 minutes, then turn off sauté.
