1 onion

Steps

Set a 6-quart Instant Pot to Sauté and heat the oil, then cook the onion for 4 minutes.
Add the garlic, basil, oregano, soy sauce, and tomato paste, then cook for 1 minute.
Break the spaghetti in half and layer it over the onion mixture with the meatballs.
Pour in the stock and tomatoes without stirring, then season with salt and pepper.
Seal the pot and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes, then release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes.
Open the pot and stir until the sauce coats the spaghetti.
Check that the meatballs reach 160°F, then stir in the parsley.
