1 cup chicken broth
2 bay leaves
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

Season the pork chops with garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
Set a 6-quart pressure cooker to sauté, melt the butter, and cook the mushrooms and onion for 3 minutes.
Add the broth, bay leaves, and pork chops to the pot.
Cook at high pressure for 6 minutes, then release the pressure carefully.
Whisk the cornstarch with 1/3 cup water, stir it into the pot, and simmer on sauté for 2 minutes.
Check that the pork reaches 145 F, then remove the bay leaves and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
