1 whole acorn squash
1 cup cold water
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp maple syrup brown sugar
1 pinch salt

Steps

Cut the squash in half and scrape out the seeds.
Pour 1 cup cold water into the Instant Pot and place the squash halves on the rack, cut-side up.
