  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or other herb of choice
  • 10 oz ham
  • 1/4 cup salted butter (optional)
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Whisk the flour, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, salt, and parsley until smooth, then rest the batter for 10 minutes.
