1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 sprig fresh rosemary
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps

Heat the grill to medium-high.
Whisk the mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush both sides of the ham steak with the glaze.
Grill the ham for 2 minutes per side, brushing once more while it cooks.
Cook until the center reaches 145 F.
