Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1 ribs 400-500 millilitres bottle sauce
- 1 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 1/2 lb pork roast butt or shoulder are the best
Steps
- Mix the onion soup mix, garlic powder, and brown sugar, then rub the mixture over the pork.
- Heat a covered grill for indirect cooking at 275 F.
