2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup crème fraîche
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 lb bacon
2 onions
ground black pepper
cornmeal (optional)

Steps

Stir the flour and salt in a bowl, add the water and olive oil, and knead for 5 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes while you prepare the toppings.
Cook the bacon in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes, add the onions, and cook for 6 minutes.
