- 2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 sweet and crisp apple peeled
- 2 tbsp salted butter

Steps
- Whisk flour, milk, water, eggs, and salt in a bowl, then rest the batter for 15 minutes.
