- 1 small jalapeno
- 1 onion
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp mustard seed
- 3/4 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp salt
- 7 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 2 cucumbers
Steps
- Chop the tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeno, onion, and cucumbers into bite-size pieces.
- Whisk the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, horseradish, salt, and optional hot pepper sauce in a large bowl.
