4 lb country style ribs baby back ribs or pork spare ribs
1 onion
1 head pressed garlic
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
mrs dash
3/4 a 16 oz bottle of your favorite bbq sauce

Steps

Heat the oven to 250 F and place the ribs in a large roasting pan.
Rub the ribs with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Mrs Dash seasoning.
Add the onion, garlic, bay leaves, and 1 cup water to the pan, then cover it tightly with foil.
Bake for 4 hours, until the pork reaches 145 F and pulls apart easily.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, and bake uncovered at 400 F for 30 minutes.
