Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and lightly oil a baking sheet.
Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder in a bowl.
Whisk the olive oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a second bowl.
Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
