Ingredients

  • 3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup medjool date
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 325 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Blend the dates, tahini, and water until smooth.
  3. Mix the oats, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Stir the date mixture into the oat mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture across the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  6. Cool the granola for 10 minutes, then stir in the raisins and dried cranberries.
