Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt (optional)
  • freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1 large english cucumber
  • 10 slices whole grain bread

Steps

  1. Stir the yogurt, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture over all ten bread slices.
  4. Layer cucumber rounds over five bread slices and top with the remaining slices.
  5. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
