- 1 lb jumbo-sized shrimp
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until they begin turning pink.
- Whisk the milk and cornstarch together, pour them into the skillet, and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan and lemon juice, then cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
