Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 3 extra large egg yolks
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup nespresso caramelizio brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and place four heatproof cups in a deep baking dish.
- Whisk the milk, coconut milk, egg yolks, coconut sugar, coffee, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
- Pour hot water into the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the cups.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the centers are set and the eggs are firm.
- Remove the cups from the water bath and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
