Ingredients
- 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with some of the butter.
- Melt the remaining butter and whisk it with the milk, vanilla, eggs, and sugar.
- Whisk in the baking mix and coconut until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pie plate and bake for 45 minutes, until the center is firm and the eggs are fully cooked.
