Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups coconut
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch pie pan with cooking oil.
- Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in the sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the coconut, pour the batter into the pie pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool the pie for 10 minutes before cutting it.
