1 french baguette
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 lb roma tomatoes
1/4 cup slivered basil leaves
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 pinch flaky sea salt

Steps

Dice the tomatoes and toss them with basil, salt, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Let the tomato mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Slice the baguette into 24 pieces.
Brush the slices with olive oil and rub them with the garlic clove.
