Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 8 oz package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 oz fat-free vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 oz baker's semi-sweet dipping chocolate
  • 18 raspberries

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 325 F and coat a 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the chocolate graham crumbs and light butter, then press the mixture into the pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 5 minutes, then cool it for 3 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, egg whites, vanilla, and flour until smooth, then spread the filling over the crust.
  5. Bake for 27 minutes, until the center is firm and reaches 160 F.
  6. Melt the dipping chocolate, drizzle it over the cooled cheesecake, and arrange the raspberries on top.
