Ingredients

  • 24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 container (7 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
  • 4 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 evaporated milk

Steps

  1. Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment and place the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts nearby.
  2. Combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring the mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, quickly stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts, and spread the fudge in the prepared pan.
  5. Chill the fudge for 15 minutes, then cut it into squares.
