Ingredients
- 400 g condensed milk
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 25 g unsweetened cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 30 g butter
- 30 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Cook condensed milk, 30 g butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring until thick.
- Mix flour, cocoa, salt, and 125 g butter in a bowl, then blend in the egg and milk.
- Knead the dough briefly, cover it, and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough thin, cut four circles, fill each with the condensed milk mixture, and fold the edges closed.
- Place the empanadas on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 22 to 25 minutes.
- Cool the empanadas for 10 minutes before serving.
