Steps
- Whisk the coconut milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook the mixture for 8 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the cocoa is smooth.
- Cool the mixture for 20 minutes, then refrigerate it for 60 minutes.
