Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 /large bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Melt the butter and whisk it with the sugar, eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
