250 g flour
300 g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
150 g butter
250 ml water
3 tbsp cocoa powder
50 g white chocolate
200 g powdered sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cups milk

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
Whisk the flour, 6 tablespoons cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in the eggs, butter, and water until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until the center springs back.
