Ingredients

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup fresh
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tsp almond butter
sea salt (optional)

Steps

Mash the fresh strawberries with water and chia seeds in a small saucepan.
Cook the strawberry mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes, then cool it for 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water.
Spoon chocolate into six paper-lined muffin cups and spread it over the bottoms.
Add almond butter and strawberry mixture to each cup, then cover with the remaining chocolate.
