Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded basil

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  2. Check that the chicken reaches 165 F, then transfer it to a plate.
  3. Cook the green onions in the skillet for 2 minutes, then add the wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream and basil, return the chicken to the skillet, and simmer for 3 minutes.
