Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g shop-bought pizza dough
- plain flour for dusting (optional)
- 200 g canned pizza sauce
- 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
- grated parmesan or vegetarian alternative (optional)
- 1 pinch dried oregano
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and oil a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 pieces and press each piece into a muffin cup.
- Fill each dough cup with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cool the pizza cups in the tin for 5 minutes before removing them.
