Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crushed saltines
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups cold 2% milk
  • 2 packages (3 2/5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 carton frozen whipped topping
  • 1 butterfinger candy bar

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir the melted butter into the graham cracker crumbs and crushed saltines, then press the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan.
  3. Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix in a bowl for 2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread the pudding over the crust, then layer the ice cream and frozen whipped topping over it.
  5. Crush the candy bar over the top and freeze the dessert for 10 minutes before cutting.
