Typical price: Salefork's estimate of an everyday US shelf price for each ingredient. Pick your city to price it from this week's ad.

The amounts listed are small for a full dinner, so this price per serving is likely low. Plan on a side or a bigger portion.

Ingredients

  • 2 large green peppers
  • 1 1/2 cup buffalo chicken
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt

  3. Mix the chicken, rice, chopped onion, hot sauce, yogurt, and half the blue cheese in a bowl.
  4. Fill the pepper halves with the chicken mixture and cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes more until tender and heated through.

  7. Top the peppers with the remaining blue cheese and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
