Ingredients
- 3/4 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping
- 2 cans (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- additional whipped topping (optional)
Steps
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the crushed pretzels and sugar.
- Press the pretzel mixture into a 9-by-13-inch dish and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar until smooth.
- Fold the frozen whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, then spread it over the crust.
