Ingredients

  • 1 tube chilled sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and press the chilled cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, then cool it completely for about 25 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Arrange the blueberries, sliced strawberries, and banana over the topping, then chill for 15 minutes.
