Steps

Heat the oven to 450 F.
Roast the red peppers and tomatoes on a sheet pan for 20 minutes.
Mix the semolina, 1½ teaspoons salt, and water in a bowl.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then rest it for 10 minutes.
Peel and chop the roasted peppers and tomatoes, then mix them with garlic, jalapeno, and 1 tablespoon oil.
Divide the dough into four rounds and cook them in an oiled skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
