  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Heat the grill to 400 F for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir the barbecue sauce, honey, and hot sauce together in a small bowl.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then grill them for 5 minutes on each side.
