Ingredients
- 18 brussels sprouts
- 18 strips traditional cut bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sriracha
- fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
- 1 recipe horseradish sauce
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Wrap each sprout with one bacon strip and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes, turning the sprouts halfway through.
- Stir together the maple syrup, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sriracha, brush it over the sprouts, and roast for 5 more minutes before serving with horseradish sauce.
