1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
3 large egg yolks
1 1/2 tbsp ice cold water
3/4 cup apricot jam

Steps

Beat the butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth, then mix in the egg yolks and cold water.
Stir in the flour and salt to form a dough, cover it, and chill for 10 minutes.
Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets.
Roll the dough 1/8 inch thick, cut out rounds, and place them on the baking sheets.
