2 cups white granulated sugar
1 lemon
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp allspice

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Peel and chop the apples, then mix them with lemon zest, lemon juice, and raisins.
