3 cups kettle brand chips - i used buffalo bleu flavor
1 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup half and half
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
honey mustard dipping sauce

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a large baking sheet.
Crush the chips and mix them with the cayenne in a shallow bowl.
