Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 small hass avocado
  • 1/2 tsp furikake
  • 2 tsp gluten-free soy sauce

Steps

  1. Stir the mayonnaise, sriracha, chives, and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
  2. Fold the crab meat and diced cucumber into the mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and place the halves on a plate.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture into the avocado halves and sprinkle with furikake.
