Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Steps

  1. Place the chicken and sliced onion in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir together the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil, then pour it over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours, until the thickest chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Heat a grill to medium-high.
  5. Grill the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side, brushing with the slow-cooker sauce.
