1 head cauliflower
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
black pepper
oil spray
finely chopped parsley (optional)
1/2 cup / 50g grated parmesan
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and coat a baking sheet with oil spray.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Toss the florets with olive oil and black pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
