Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 jar (14 oz) prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup plus extra for topping grated parmesan (optional)
  • 3/4 cup pepperoni

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and spread it with pizza sauce, leaving a small edge clear.
  3. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long side and cut it into 12 slices.
  5. Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
