1 clove garlic

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups plain couscous
2 cups broth or water

Steps

Process the spinach, basil, parmesan, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the couscous, cover the pan, and remove it from the heat for 5 minutes.
