Steps

Stir the yeast, sugar, and warm water together, then rest for 5 minutes.
Mix in the olive oil, salt, vinegar, and flour, knead for 6 minutes, and let the dough rise covered for 60 minutes.
Simmer the tomato sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, honey, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 475 F and divide the dough between two oiled 12-inch pizza pans.
Spread sauce over the dough and add mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Bake the pizzas for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crusts are browned and the cheese is bubbling.
