Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts (optional)
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate bar

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Stir the peanut butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bar, and peanuts if using.
  5. Drop 16 spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are firm.
